We aim to deliver your products safely and on time across Pakistan. Please read our shipping guidelines below:

📦 Delivery Time (Pakistan)

  • Standard Delivery: 2 – 5 working days

  • Major Cities: 2 – 3 days

  • Remote Areas / Villages: 4 – 7 days

  • Sunday & public holidays are non-working delivery days.

We always try our best to ship your order as soon as possible.

🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Free Delivery on orders above Rs. 2,000

  • Orders below Rs. 2,000 will have a small delivery fee of Rs. 180 – 250 (depending on location)

(Some products may have special free shipping offers.)

💳 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery all over Pakistan.
You can check your parcel before paying where available.

🔄 Order Processing Time

  • Orders confirmed before 5 PM are processed the same day

  • Orders after 5 PM are processed the next working day

  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched

We deliver through trusted couriers:
TCS, Leopard Courier, M&P, Trax, Rider Logistics (depending on your location).

🛑 Undeliverable Locations

If a courier service is not available in your area, our team will contact you for an alternative solution.

  • Please ensure your address and phone number are correct during checkout.

  • In rare cases (bad weather, political unrest, sales rush), deliveries may take slightly longer.

  • For COD orders above Rs. 10,000, a partial advance may be required.
